Domestic mail service: All packages are mailed via United States Postal Services. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-5 business days from the shipped date. All orders are shipped from Virginia, U.S.A. Please allow 1-2 days processing and handling time. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.
International mail service: International shipping usually arrives within 6-10 business days from the shipping date. However, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. TINZ Clothing is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Please note, all orders are shipped from Virginia, U.S.A. Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. After your order has been processed, you will receive another email with shipping information. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.
If the item(s) was damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for full store credit. Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant and in its original packaging.
If should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please report it to us within 2 days of receiving your package. If reported, we will issue you a refund in the form of a store credit for use on a future purchase. If not reported, we will not issue store credit.
If returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
